Susan Gilmore joined the staff of Kentucky Association of Manufacturers in March, 2004. Her prior experience is in administration, sales & marketing, and healthcare.

She has held positions at DialAmerica Marketing.Inc, Norton Suburban Hospital, and Lambert, Klamer & George, PSC .

At KAM, Gilmore is responsible for managing activities in KAM's advocacy and communications/marketing departments.

A native of Louisville, Gilmore holds a Bachelor's of Health Sciences degree in Community Health from the University of Kentucky. She is married and has two daughters.
