Ruth Billings joined the staff of Kentucky Association of Manufacturers in February, 2008. Her prior experience is in government relations with over fifteen years experience in all facets of the legislative process.

Billings’ extensive experience in both association and state government work makes her a valuable member of the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers staff. Prior to coming to KAM, she worked for LORILLARD TOBACCO COMPANYin Greensboro, NC, BROWN & WILLIAMSON TOBACCO CORPORATION in Louisville, THE LOUISVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in Louisville and U.S. CORRECTIONS CORPORATION in Louisville.
