REPUBLIC BANK CREATES FIRST-EVER BANKING PROGRAM FOR MANUFACTURING WORKERS AS PART OF NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH KENTUCKY ASSOCIATION OF MANUFACTURERS

Frankfort -Recognizing that Kentucky’s largest industry and its 260,000 workers are threatened by global competition, Republic Bank has developed an unprecedented banking program in partnership with the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers.

Republic Bank, has entered into an agreement to become the Official Banking Partner of the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers as part of the ProsperousKentuckySM initiative at KAM. ProsperousKentuckySM works directly to raise the standard of living for all Kentuckians. The mission of this initiative is to keep manufacturers and the industries that support them in Kentucky and attract new manufacturers here to raise the standard of living for all Kentuckians.

KAM is the only statewide trade association that has an agreement of this kind. "Republic Bank understands that Kentucky’s entire economy greatly depends on the future of manufacturing," said LeMaster. Under the agreement, KAM members will have access to banking services tailored to their individual needs. Employees of member companies will also qualify for banking accounts with exclusive benefits never offered to any other organization. These benefits include special rates on credit cards, loans and attractive offerings for personal depository accounts.
