Kentucky Association of Manufacturers -overview

Kentucky is home to a diverse business and industrial community whose goods and services are known throughout the world for quality, value and reliability. No matter the product, Kentucky employers have one thing in common: the need to operate profitably.

Since, 1911, Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM) has aggressively fought for the interests of Kentucky employers before the General Assembly, in the Governor's Office, state

agencies and the courts. In short, KAM is dedicated to advancing the employers' point of view on issues that affect your cost of doing business.

KAM offers outstanding member benefits and access to a wide range of services to help cut your day-to-day cost of doing business. Further, Kentucky Association of Manufacturers members receive timely legislative updates, special conference discounts, valuable networking opportunities and insight into current manufacturing trends.

As a KAM member, you'll be in good company. Our membership includes companies and their suppliers in manufacturing, retail, utilities, agriculture, transportation and services. Nearly all large Kentucky firms are members, but most members have fewer than 100 employees.

Leaders of companies from all corners of the Commonwealth make up our Board. A well-versed, full-time staff in Louisville and Frankfort implement Board strategy while working one-on-one with our members.
