Craig came to KAM after a diverse career in banking, finance, medical management, advertising and insurance. Her duties include managing membership and billing activities, database and account payables and receivables.

She has extensive experience working with workers’ compensation insurance programs as a Claims Administrator for Willis and as Office Manager and Operations Director Assistant to the Director for National Healthcare Resources (Concentra). Craig also worked as Branch Office Administrator and Investment Representative for Edward Jones Financial Services; Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President for Accucrane Systems & Services; Executive Assistant to Marketing, Auditing, Loss Control and Property/Casualty Claims Adjuster for The Hartford Insurance Group; advertising sales representative, marketing and quality control for The Louisville Courier-Journal newspaper; and Executive Secretary for the Director and Vice President of Merchandising for Winn-Dixie Corporate Offices.

A Louisville native, Craig is a graduate of Southern High School and attended Bellarmine University. She has two children and two grandchildren.
