BOARD

The KAM Board of Directors is made up of top-level executives and managers of Kentucky operations for member companies drawn from all areas of Kentucky. The Board exercises oversight to see that KAM programs and services meet significant needs of the membership and are consistent with the tax-exempt purposes of the association. Directors are elected for four-year terms.

An Executive Committee, consisting of the elected chair and vice chairs, the president of KAM, the elected secretary and treasurer, and the past two chairs still active with their member companies, may act when necessary, between meetings of the board of directors upon call by the chair or president. The Executive Committee oversees the fiscal affairs of the association and serves as a consulting group to the staff on operations and procedures.
